To give you an impression what you may download, the main window of the curve fitting window is shown.
From this page you can download a regression program written
in C. Different kinds of regressions are available, logit (probit, Rodbard),
polynomial, and linear.
The program can also be used to calculate concentrations when radial immuno
diffusion (Mancini) is done.
An extra feature is the calculation of concentrations from ELISA data. The program
uses a template of the ELISA plate and combines is with a ASCII file with the
extinction's from a ELISA plate reader. A DOS program to make the template is
included.
Besides manual input it is also possible to read data from a Lotus .WKS or .WK1
file. These spreadsheet formats can also be save with MS Excel
The manuals are written in English and Dutch.
New (Version 21052005). A logit
regression in Excel is included in the download file.
This program has less possiblities but is much better accepted on my laboratory
then the C-version.
The program is optimised to work with ELISA data.
