From this page you can download a regression program written for Windows 3.1 and higher.
The regression program is used for the calculation of a calibration curve.
Different kinds of regressions are available, logit (probit), polynomial, and linear.
The program can also be used to calculate concentrations when radial immuno diffusion (Mancini) is done.
An extra feature is the calculation of concentrations from ELISA data. The program uses a template of the ELISA plate and combines is with a ASCII file with the extinction's from a ELISA plate reader.
The program to make the template is not included. Just email me or make the template in an ASCII editor as described in the manual.
Besides manual input it is also possible to read data from a Lotus .WKS or .WK1 file.
The manuals are written in English in a Word 97 and in a text file and in Dutch in a Wordperfect file format.
The program is also available for DOS operating systems.
